# How to Prepare:
01 - Place the watermelon cubes, thinly sliced cucumber, red onion (if using), and chopped cilantro into a large salad bowl.
02 - Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the produce, sprinkle the lime zest, Tajin, sea salt, and a few grinds of black pepper; gently toss with a spoon or tongs until evenly coated.
