# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It’s so quick, you’ll have a full pitcher before you’ve finished cleaning the pineapple juice off your hands.
  • The balance of tropical flavors tastes like something from a vacation, but you can enjoy it any afternoon.
02 -
  • If you skip straining, pulp will linger—my first batch had a surprise texture, which isn’t for everyone.
  • Adding extra coconut milk can overpower the pineapple, so balance is key; I once learned this from a batch that tasted more coconut than fruit.
03 -
  • Always start with cold ingredients so your drink doesn’t need extra ice, which can dilute the flavor.
  • Strain the blend for maximum smoothness—this step elevates the drink from homemade to café-level.
